Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to begin most projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Larger projects may follow a milestone-based payment schedule defined in the proposal.
Refund Policy
Deposits are non-refundable once design or development work has begun. Refunds for undelivered work may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Project delivery timelines depend on scope and client responsiveness. Estimated timelines are provided in your proposal and are not guaranteed deadlines.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing content, branding assets, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client deliverables may extend the project timeline.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website is transferred to the client. Nexus Digital retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
